2020 HEADS UP!

Yaama! Hello! Well this year is just bonkers. One minute I am saying merry christmas, happy new year, and I hope you are not too affected by bushfires ...then it was grab some dunny paper and hand sanitiser and stay home.

I managed to get one block of work in Canberra completed in Feb/march before the borders closed basically, and I "yeeted" back through skidding sideways.
Luckily I had kept March and April free of work to sort out business stuff and personal stuff... as everything shut down anyway. Great for the extroverted introvert.
My May and August interstate bookings are cancelled or changed form, and some school work in QLD had to be cancelled. Never fear, it was all replaced by more work!

To be honest, this is the busiest year I have ever had as an artist. I am now registered for GST, need to complete a BAS and all of that is goobledegook to me.

Classroom Prayer cloths have expanding, and I now have 2 designs in green and purple, plus a red, white/gold, silver/grey and a blue, and show a poppy design, LEST WE FORGET. The new manufacturing team are continuing with the lovely work of my original seamstress, and I am so glad I am getting my cloths designed here (well wherever I am!)... printed here and made here in Brisbane. I realise this means they are more expensive, but I just didn't have the heart to get Indigenous fabric printed and sewn overseas - I want to support local and I hope you understand.

For those signing up to RECEIVE RAMBLINGS - I attempted an email newsletter which failed miserably... I am now fluffing around with MAILCHIMP so I can do newsletters properly!! Bear with the non-IT person lol.... update - I still haven't done this!  - and I still haven't!!!!!!!!!!!!... and still haven't. And Still haven't.

I have fine art reproductions available in various forms/sizes. Happy to chat and steer you to them.
POSTAGE INFO: - for those ordering and requiring postage, you may note it has increased a little. This is so I actually cover the costs of postage - I was very much undercharging!

Please contact me though with any questions, as sometimes it pays to think outside the box and I never say never :-) Although now sometimes I have to!
Maayubaa Ngindaay (thank you)
Wendy
